2SC1815 Audio Frequency General Purpose Amplifier (PCT process)
The 2SC1815 audio frequency general purpose amplifier is a silicon NPN epitaxial type (PCT process) transistor, which is conceived for audio general purpose amplifier applications.
The micro-chip can be used as well as a driver stage amplifier. The 2SC1815 audio frequency general purpose amplifier performs at high voltage [VCEO = 50 V (min)] & high current [IC = 150 mA (max)] and introduces an excellent hFE linearity [hFE (2) = 100 (typ.) at VCE = 6 V, IC = 150 mA: hFE (IC = 0.1 mA)/hFE (IC = 2 mA) = 0.95 (typ.)].
